Yesterday, Today, Now

Yesterday we had a lesson in church about having real relationships.  Spending time in the real world.  Etc., etc.  Don't worry, I definitely feel that my little blog here is a good thing.  I still plan to post regularly and all.

But Today I made a list of things I want to get done this week.  And things I want to get done today.  And I've been doing them.  And I've been thinking.

Now I want to sew.  Just found this wonderful blog today.  And, coincidentally, checked out this awesome book from the library today.  Anyone else up for some embroidery this evening?  I am.

I am making a pair of Christmas quilts for my grand daughters, born @2 months apart, last year. I made them matching Iamsohappytomeetyouandwelcometotheworldbabygirl quilts, when they were born. I visualized some fun hand embroidery along with machine quilting and can't wait to start! I am half way done putting the 2nd quilt together now and then on to the quilting before the fun stuff! Your blog is fun, inventive and very inspiring. Thank you for sharing, Elaine

Blogs are like popping into the neighbors kitchen for a quick cup of coffee, like the Lucy and Ethel days...before we were all to busy to live! And being able to share your thoughts and crafts with like minded artists around the world, totally wonderful! I don't feel it's a waste of time, unless you let the PC take over your life, lol!
