Parenting: Touching the Hearts of Our Youth

Although the activities often fail, are hardly ever planned out ahead of time, and don't seem to produce any immediate results, doing preschool time with Olivia has, if nothing else, been worthwhile because it gets me off the computer, down on the floor, and playing with my sweet daughter. I am loving the one-on-one time and so is she. I am loving getting to know her that much more. It's a gradual process and one that's as ever-changing and growing as Olivia is, but each day I am working on being "in there" just a little more.

so, i just watched the video...thank you so much! i just received a call to be the second counselor in the young womens presidency in my ward and i have been really nervous about it. i haven't been in young womens for about 8 years! this was so nice to listen to. and it also helps me to remember to be "in there" with my daughter as well. thank you so much!
