5 Minute Pom Pom Garland Tutorial

Materials:
-bag of pom poms from the dollar store
-white embroidery floss
-a needle
-scissors

Step 1: Cut a length of embroidery floss and thread a needle onto it

Step 2: Poke the needle through the center (or close to the center) of a pom pom.  Then slide the pom pom down to the end of the line.  Continue this for all the pom poms* until your entire length of embroidery floss is full of happy fuzzy goodness.

*I spaced my pom poms 3" to 4" apart and ended up with around 7 yards of pom pom garland, with a few pom poms left over.  No knots are needed to keep pom poms in place.

See?  How easy that is?

Then just hang and enjoy.
Makes you feel a little happy, doesn't it?

I think these would also make really fun Christmas decorations.
They could either be strung around the house or on the Christmas tree itself.
And, wouldn't you know it?, the dollar store even has bags of Christmas colored pom poms.

Happy, happy, happy.

And, because I like him, here's Bryan.
He just loves having his picture taken.
Good thing he didn't know.  :)

Happy, happy.

I love how your home looks so kid friendly. I bet O has a great time with all those fun things to look at and play with.
